Xstate Resources Limited (ASX: XST) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Xstate Resources Limited (‘XST’) will be halted at the request of XST, pending the release of an announcement by XST.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 31 October 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

TRADING HALT REQUEST

Xstate Resources Limited ( Xstate or the Company ) requests a halt in trading in its securi�es from today, 29 October 2025.

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement to the market regarding a capital raising.

For the purposes of Lis�ng Rule 17.1, the Company provides the following informa�on:

• (a) the Company requests the trading halt from 29 October 2025 to the commencement of trading 31 October 2025;

• (b) The trading halt is expected to end with an announcement made by the Company; and

• (c) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or any other informa�on necessary to inform the market.
