Comple�on of Alberta Plains Asset Sale
Xstate Resources Limited ( ASX:XST ) (“ Xstate ” or “ the Company ”) advises that it has receipted C$1,007,731 (approximately A$1,170,000) from Blue Sky Resources Limited in net proceeds as full and final payment for the sale of the Company’s 35% working interest in the Alberta Plains Assets. On receipt of these funds, the Company notes the transac�on has reached comple�on.
