Board Changes
Xstate Resources Limited (ASX: XST) (“Xstate” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Childs as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mr Childs is a Petroleum Geologist with over 35 years of Oil and Gas experience working in Technical and Commercial roles for small to mid capped Companies listed on the ASX, AIM and TSX markets.
He is also the Managing Director of Petroleum Ventures Pty Ltd (currently Xstate’s largest shareholder), Non-Executive Chairman of Sacgasco Limited, Non-Executive Director of ADX Energy and Principal of Resource Recruiment.
The Company also wishes to advise that Mr Richard Lorentz has resigned as Non-Executive Director of the Company. The Board wishes to thank Mr Lorentz for his contribution during his tenure.
