Board Changes
Xstate Resources Limited (ASX: XST) (“Xstate” or “the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Greg Channon as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.
Mr Channon is a geologist with over 35 years’ of global oil and gas experience in a great variety of technical and leadership roles. He is currently the Executive Chairman of RL Energy, and a NonExecutive Director of Samson Oil and Gas. During his career, Mr Channon has worked with a range of E&P companies and has lived and worked in Australia, New Zealand, China, Africa and the USA.
With Mr Channon joining the Board, Mr Chris Hodge has decided to step down due to his increased work commitments as CEO and Managing Director of Horizon Oil Limited. The Board would like to sincerely thank Mr Hodge for his invaluable assistance during his time as a Director.
