CHANGE OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Xstate Resources Limited wishes to advise that Mr Paul Cartwright has resigned as Managing Director of the Company.

The Board would like to thank Mr Cartwright for his contribution to the Company, and wishes him well with his future endeavours.

The Board advises the appointment of Mr Ian Tchacos as a non‐executive director of the Company. Mr Tchacos is an oil and gas professional with over 25 years international experience in corporate development and strategy, mergers and acquisitions, petroleum exploration, development and production operations, commercial negotiations, oil and gas marketing and energy finance. He has a proven management track record in a range of international oil company environments. In his last appointment as Managing Director of Nexus Energy he was responsible for this company’s development from an onshore micro cap explorer to an ASX Top 200 offshore producer and operator. Mr Tchacos brings experience to the Xstate Board very relevant to its future growth opportunities.

The Board would also like to announce that Chris Hodge, an existing Board member, has been appointed to the position of Managing Director.
