The Board of Xstate Resources Limited wish to advise that David Whitby has resigned as a director of the Company to pursue private interests.

The Board would like to thank Mr Whitby for his valuable contribution to the Company during his time as Chairman of the Board.

In the interests of conserving financial resources, it is not at this stage intended to replace the board position vacated by Mr Whitby.
