and
Vice
President
of Morgan
Stanley,
where
he
served
in
equity
research
roles
and
supported
numerous
financial transactions
in
the
Asia-­‐Pacific
region.
Mr
Brown
served
on
the
Board
of
ASX
listed
Nido
Petroleum for
five
years
as
an
independent
non-­‐executive
Director.
Mr
Brown
currently
consults
to
energy companies
in
Australia
and
South-­‐East
Asia.

The
Board
also
confirms
the
resignation
of
Mr
Brett
Mitchell
as
a
non-­‐executive
Director
following the
appointment
of
Mr
Brown.
The
Board
would
like
to
thank
Mr
Mitchell
for
his
contribution
to
the Company
during
his
time
as
a
Board
member.
