Director Resignation

Xstate Resources Limited (ASX: XST) advises the resignation of Mr John Begg from the Board, effective immediately. The increased demands on Mr Begg from his other public company role has prompted his resignation from Xstate.

The Board thanks Mr Begg for his work over the past year while he has been with the Company as Chairman and then as a Non‐Executive Director, particularly his pivotal role in bringing Xstate’s exciting Mediterranean area exploration and appraisal assets to the Company. Mr Begg’s energy and professionalism over this period has been exemplary.
