Following the completion of the acquisition of Bombora Energy Limited, Xstate Resources Limited wishes to advise the appointment of Mr John Begg as non-executive Chairman, and the appointment of Mr Gary Jeffery as Managing Director of the Company.
Mr David McArthur and Mr Rhod Grivas have resigned as Directors of the Company.
