We confirm that the acquisition of Socachim Fine Chemicals has been completed.
The Socachim Business will now be conducted through a XRFS wholly owned Belgium subsidiary "XRFS Socachim Scientific S.A." That Company has a Belgium resident director Mr. Michel Davidts (and CEO) and Australian Resident Directors Mr. Peter Higgins and Mr. David Brown, both of the latter are also directors of the Parent entity XRF Scientific Limited.
