Company Announcement
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Terry Sweet as Managing Director.
Since listing on ASX in October 2006, the Company has undertaken a review and significant reorganization of it's' management structures.
This has resulted in a downsizing of the Board and the appointment of Terry Sweet, initially as a Nonexecutive, and as of July 4, Managing Director.
Terry Sweet brings substantial technical, corporate, commercial and public company management experience. He possesses tertiary qualifications in analytical chemistry, is a former Fellow of Australian Institute of Company Directors, and has for the past 20 years served on the Boards of various public and private companies, including:
Western Biotechnology Ltd (takeover by Hoffman LaRoche) Scientific Services Ltd (takeover by Societe Generale De Surveillance) Black Mountain Gold Ltd (takeover by Intermin Resources Ltd) Jetset Travelworld Ltd (currently listed with \$200+million market capitalization).
Mr. Sweet's remuneration package is closely linked to the performance of the Company and its' share price. This confirms the focus of the Board and Management to maximise value and returns to Shareholders.
