Sub: Cancellation of Corporate Guarantee issued by the Company
Ref: Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015
This refers to our letter dated October 15, 2024, regarding issuance of a Corporate Guarantee of an amount of upto EUR 12,048,750 (approx. INR 110.52 Crores) in favour of Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH, in relation to the liability of our Wholly Owned Subsidiary, Xpro Dielectric Films FZ-LLC, towards contractual dues for procurement of capital equipment.
In this regard, we wish to further inform that the said Corporate Guarantee now stands expired and cancelled, pursuant to fulfilment of obligations directly by Xpro Dielectric Films FZ-LLC, and such expiry/cancellation of guarantee stands duly acknowledged by the said capital equipment supplier.
