This is in reference to our intimation dated July 26, 2024, regarding the disposal of investment in M/s. Xpro Global Limited (XGL), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. In this regard, we wish to inform you that, upon completion of all applicable formalities, the shares of XGL were transferred to Intellipro Finance Pvt Ltd on September 30, 2024. Consequently, XGL ceased to be a Subsidiary of the Company.
The details required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, have already been disclosed in the intimation dated July 26, 2024.
