Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e. November 5, 2024, has appointed Sri Girish Behal as President (Corporate) & Chief Strategy Officer of the Company, with immediate effect.
