Sub: Intimation of Twenty Seventh Annual General Meeting and Book Closure pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
We write to inform you that in compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ( “Listing Regulations” ), applicable circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs & the SEBI, the Twenty Seventh Annual General Meeting ( “AGM” ) of the Company will be held on Monday, July 29, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means.
Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the Listing Regulations, the Register of Member and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Tuesday, July 23, 2024 to Monday, July 29, 2024, (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the AGM and also for determining eligibility for the Dividend, if declared by the Members at the AGM.
