Xplora Technologies AS: Exercise of share options and capital increase

Oslo, 25 March 2026 - Employees, holding share options under Xplora Technologies AS' ("Xplora" or the "Company") share incentive program have exercised a total of 117,611 share options, each equal to one share, during an exercise window on 19-20 March 2026. 89,611 shares are exercised at a strike price of NOK 14.90 per share and 28,000 shares at a strike price of NOK 13.10 per share.

The exercised options will be settled by issuance of new shares in the Company, and the Company's board of directors has resolved to issue 117,611 new shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.004, pursuant to a board authorization to issue new shares granted by the annual general meeting on 23 May 2025.

Following the share capital increase, the Company's share capital is NOK 191,418.492 divided into 47,854,623 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.004.

The exercised options have been granted in accordance with the Company's share option program described in the Company's latest annual financial statement.
