Xplora Technologies AS: Ex. right to participate in potential subsequent offering today

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement made by Xplora Technologies AS (the "Company") on 19 March 2026, regarding key information relating to a potential subsequent offering of up to 576,923 new shares in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering").
