Xplora Technologies AS: Monthly Subscriptions Update December 2025

As of December 31, 2025, Xplora Technologies has 476k subscriptions, a net

increase of 118k from December 2024 (358k).

This month's highlights:

*Increase of 39k new subscriptions (gross)

*The mobile subscription base in Germany surpassed 70k, up 33k from December

2024

*Gross subscription sales in Q4 2025 were 75k, compared to 61K in Q4 2024

This month's subscription update reflects Xplora Technologies' existing

activity in the Kids market within the Kids & Youth segment.

On December 10th, 2025, Doro AB expanded its online presence by introducing

its connectivity offering in France. The company now offers Doro phones with

subscription services in Norway, Finland, Sweden, UK and France.

Note: We expect our churn rate to be consistent with historic numbers.

Subscriptions include connectivity plans (mobile subscriptions), premium

services, B2B service revenues, and service fees for Xplora smartwatches

without Xplora mobile subscriptions (Nordics). Xplora has seasonal changes,

especially related to Back-to-school and the Festive Season. The net growth in

the subscription base will therefore fluctuate throughout the year.
