Valor Resources Limited (‘Company’) refers to the Appendix 3B dated 17 September 2018 and confirms that the Company has today issued 40,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares on the exercise of unlisted options with an exercise price of $0.004.

The Company gives the following notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (“the Act”):

1) On 17 September 2018, the Company issued the following securities in the Company upon the exercise of unlisted options:
