VALOR RESOURCES LIMITED – REQUEST FOR VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Directors of Valor Resources Limited (‘the Company’) (ASX Code: VAL) hereby request a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities from the commencement of trading on Monday, 2 September, pending finalisation of a response to an ASX Query Letter.

The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the Company makes an announcement to the market, which it expects to make on or before Wednesday, 4 September 2019.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
