Valor Resources Limited (‘Company’) refers to the Application for quotation of securities dated 25 November 2021 regarding the issue of 319,002,466 Ordinary Fully Paid Shares.
SECTION 708A(5)(E) NOTICE
The Company gives the following notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (“the Act”):
1) On 24 November 2021, the Company issued the following fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (“Shares”):
