XP Factory (AIM: XPF), a global leader in the experiential leisure sector, was notified on 14 October 2022 that John Story, a significant shareholder in the Company, holds 7,347,003 ordinary shares of 1.25 pence in the Company in spread betting accounts, representing 4.88 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
