Directors' Disclosure

The Company announces that the appointments of Richard Harpham and Alistair Rae as Directors of Escape Hunt Group Limited (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) ("EHG") both on 17 March 2017 were inadvertently omitted from the Company's Admission Document dated 13 April 2017. Richard Harpham and Alistair Rae continue as Directors of EHG.

This announcement is made in accordance with Rule 17 and paragraph (g) Schedule Two to the AIM Rules for Companies.
