Cancellation of Treasury Shares

XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, announces with effective from 16 April 2020, the board has resolved to cancel 33,223,743 shares currently held in treasury.  Following the cancellation, the Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury.

The number of ordinary shares of the Company in issue and not in treasury, post the cancellation is 187,128,659. This number represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company.
