XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified that on 11 June 2018, Ory Weihs, Chief Executive Officer, purchased a total of 256,787 ordinary shares of USD 0.000001 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 118.8 pence per share.  Following this purchase, Mr Weihs now has a total beneficial interest in 4,471,974 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.03% of the current issued share capital of the Company.

The Group's current share capital consists of 220,352,402 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
