XLMedia (AIM: XLM), a leading provider of digital performance marketing services, has been notified that on 22 September 2017, Ory Weihs, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 36,764 Ordinary Shares at a price of 136 pence per share. Following the notification, Mr Weihs now has a total beneficial interest in 3,876,612 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.90% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Group's share capital consists of 204,352,402 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
