Antwerp, Belgium – 19 October 2016 – In accordance with Article 14, paragraph 1 of the Law of 2 May 2007 regarding the public disclosure of significant shareholdings (the "Transparency Law"), Xior Student Housing NV hereby publishes the following information.

On 17 October 2016, Xior Student Housing NV received a transparency notification. The notification contains the following information:

Chain of controlled undertakings through which the shareholding is actually held	The stake in Xior Student Housing NV of 1,250,885 shares is directly held by Aloxe NV. Aloxe NV is controlled by Mr Christian Teunissen (directly and via Nevi BVBA, a company which is likewise controlled by Mr Christian Teunissen).
Remark	The passive downward crossing by Aloxe NV, results from the capital increase by way of a contribution in kind of 11 October 2016. Furthermore, Frederik Snauwaert has purchased 4,447 shares, which together with the shares held by Aloxe, are subject to a an agreement to act in concert between both parties.
