ANNOUNCEMENT UNAUDITED CONSOLIDATED RESULTS FOR THE THREE MONTHS ENDED 31 MARCH 2018

This announcement is made by Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) pursuant to the Rule 13.09 of Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Inside Information Provisions under Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

The board of directors (the “ Board ”) of the Company hereby announces the unaudited consolidated results of the Company together with its subsidiaries (the “ Group ”) for the three months ended 31 March 2018.

For the three months ended 31 March 2018, the Group earmarked revenues of approximately RMB1,979.16 million, cost of sales of approximately RMB1,346.62 million and profit attributable to the owners of the Company of approximately RMB404.42 million. As of 31 March 2018, the total assets of the Group amounted to approximately RMB31,885.15 million.
