At the request of Xinte Energy Co., Ltd. (the “ Company ”) trading in the shares of the Company on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited has been halted with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 5 August 2021 pending the release of announcements in relation to equity fund raising which constitute inside information of the Company.
