Publication of Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Xeros Technology Group plc (AIM: XSG, 'the Company'), the developer and provider of water saving technologies with multiple commercial applications, will be posting its Report and Accounts for the 12 months ended 31 December 2018 to shareholders today together with the Notice of Annual General Meeting ('AGM').  

Copies of these documents will shortly be available for inspection on the Company's website at https://www.xerostech.com/ 

The AGM will be held at the offices of Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP, 7 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YH on 29 May 2019 at 09.30am.
