Annual General Meeting
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Todd River Resources Limited ( ASX: TRT ) (the Company ) advises that the 2021 Annual General Meeting ( AGM ) of the Company has been scheduled for Friday, 29 October 2021.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of directors. The closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday, 7 September 2021.
Any nominations must be received at the Company’s registered office no later than 5.00pm (Perth time) on Tuesday 7 September 2021.
