The securities of AuMake International Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 11 April 2018 or when the announcement is released to the market.

AUMAKE INTERNATIONAL LIMITED (ASX: AU8) – TRADING HALT REQUEST

AuMake International Limited (the “Company”) requests an immediate trading halt on its securities pending an announcement in relation to a strategic partnership with a pharmaceutical retail network.

The Company requests the trading halt be lifted on the earlier of commencement of normal trading on 11 April 2018, or when the anticipated announcement is released to the market.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
