Director Interest Notice Clarification

Aumake Limited (ASX: AUK) (the Company ) refers to the Initial Director’s Interest Notice of Ms Zhao Zhang dated 31 May 2023 ( Appendix 3X ).

Ms Zhang has advised the Company that she did not have a relevant interest in the securities set out in the Appendix 3X on 31 May 2023 and that she currently does not have an interest in these securities. On this basis, part 2 of the Appendix 3X indicating that Ms Zhang is the controller of HK Huibeijia Brand Co Ltd ( HKH ) is incorrect.

Enclosed with this announcement is an amended Initial Director’s Interest Notice correcting this error.
