Change of Company Secretary
Sydney, Australia – Aumake Limited ( ASX: AUK , Aumake, or the Company ), advises that David Franks has resigned as Company Secretary.
Lisa Wynne has been appointed as Company Secretary effective immediately. Lisa is an experienced Company Secretary with over fifteen years of board level experience across a number of ASX & TSX listed companies.
The Board thanks David for his service and contributions to Aumake as Company Secretary.
For the purpose of ASX Listing Rule 12.6 Lisa Wynne is also the person responsible for communication between AUK and ASX.
