February 5[th] , 2020: Xelpmoc Design a nd Tech Limited (NSE: XELPMOC; BSE: 5 4 2367),a professional and technical consulting servicescomp a ny, today announced its third quarter and nine months results for the period ended December 31[st] , 2019. Xelpmocis largely focused on an innov a tion and engaged in building the next generation of technol o gy in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI) a n d Machine Learning (ML) space.

Commenting on the Company’s performance for Q3FY20, Mr. Sandipan Chattopadhyay, MD & CEO, Xelpmoc Design and Tech Ltd. said, “We are extremely pleased with the performan c e this quarter which is in line with our stated ambition of tu r ning breakeven by fourth quarter of this fiscal . The revenues have increased by 41% on the back of imple m entation phase of the clients onboarded over the last two quarters. Our plans of onboarding early stage st a rt-ups continues in full swing and we added t w o new ventures this quarter in the areas of global trade fina n ce and an automated platform for the pharma c eutical sector.”

He also added, “Woovly, a bucket listi n g platform which was one of the start-ups where Xelp co-invested has secured a US$ 2.5 mn pre-series A round of funding from Duane Park. This is a c l ear vindication of our business model to incubate, partner, g r ow and exit ventures at the right opportunity. W e are confident that the rich pipeline of our clients will deliver immense shareholder value in the longer ter m .”

• Net loss for the quarter was Rs 1 .6 million as compared to net loss of Rs 10.9 m illion in Q2FY20
