ln accordance with Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of lndia (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ' Listing Regulations '), we hereby inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited (the “ Company ”) will be held on July 15, 2021, to inter-alia consider a proposal of fund raising by issuance of equity shares or any other securities through one or more permissible modes or in combination thereof as considered appropriate under the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable laws including determination of issue price, subject to such regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, including approval of shareholders of the Company.
Further, as intimated on June 30, 2021, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company has been closed from June 30, 2021until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results of the Company for the 1[st] quarter ending June 30, 2021 to the public. Hence the trading window shall be deemed closed even in respect of the aforementioned in accordance with applicable laws.
