In continuation to our letter dated August 14, 2021 in respect to outcome of Board meeting, we further inform you that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board at their meeting also considered and approved the following proposals:

• a) Approval of the grant of options under Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme to the identified employees during any one year, equal to or exceeding one percent of the issued capital of the Company at the time of grant of option, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.

• b) Approval of grant of options to the employees of subsidiary Company under Xelpmoc Design and Tech Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme, subject to approval of shareholders of the Company.
