This is to inform you that the Signal Analytics Private Limited (SAPL), Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company had issued and allotted 87,498 0.01% Pre Series A Cumulative Compulsorily Convertible Preference Shares of Rs.1 each at premium of Rs.599/- per share to new investors by way of preferential allotment on October 30, 2021, thereby shareholding of our company has been diluted from 100% to 91.95% on fully diluted basis and accordingly status of SAPL has changed from Wholly Owned Subsidiary to Subsidiary of the Company.
