FURTHER ANNOUNCEMENT ON RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

Reference is made to the announcement (the “ Announcement ”) of Chongqing Iron & Steel Company Limited (the “ Company ”) dated 29 March 2019 in relation to (inter alia) resignation of director.

As stated in the Announcement, Mr. Zheng Jie (“ Mr. Zheng ”), director of the Company, has resigned from the position as a director of the Company on 28 March 2019. The Company hereby supplements that Mr. Zheng resigned due to reason of his business engagement.

Save for the above supplemented information, all information in the Announcement remains the same.
