XCITE RESOURCES DIRECTOR RESIGNS
Vancouver, British Columbia, July 28, 2025: Xcite Resources Inc. (CSE:XRI) (“XRI”, “Xcite” or the “Company”) announces the resignation of Tracy Hughes, who has served as a member of its board of directors since May 2024. Xcite’s board and management thank Ms. Hughes for her service as a member of the board and wish her great success in her future endeavors.
