The Company has been notified that on 4 and 5 September 2014, Ramon Borrell, Director of R&D - Thin Film, acquired a total of 25,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 420.17 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Borrell's beneficial interest in the Company is 246,721 Ordinary Shares representing 0.32% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
