The Company has been notified today that on 16 April 2014 Brian James, Director of R&D - Bulk Piezo, acquired 2,979 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 834.64 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Mr James' beneficial interest in the Company is 3,325 Ordinary Shares representing 0.004% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
