The Company has been notified that on 26 and 27 March 2014, Alex Bevis, Finance Director and Company Secretary, acquired 4,610 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 850.61 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr Bevis' beneficial interest in the Company is 46,271 Ordinary Shares representing 0.06% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
