Confirmation of Board Changes and Succession

Xaar plc ("Xaar"), a world leader in industrial inkjet technology, confirms changes to its Board of Directors.

As previously announced at the 2020 AGM, Margaret Rice-Jones, Senior Independent Director, has stood down from the Board on 30 June 2020.

Consequently, Alison Littley, who was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director from 1 May 2020, will be appointed Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.

These changes are effective from 1 July 2020.
