Board Change

Xaar plc, ("Xaar" or the "Company") the world leader in industrial inkjet technology, announces that Lily Liu, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to leave the Company to take up the position of Chief Financial Officer at Essentra, a FTSE 250 Company. 

Lily will remain with the Company until 14 November 2018, ensuring a smooth and orderly handover of responsibilities. A formal process to recruit her successor has commenced.

Should any gap arise between the date of Lily's departure and the appointment of a new CFO, Shomit Kenkare who was recently recruited by Xaar to lead its corporate development, joining on 1 June 2018, has agreed to assume the role of Interim CFO. Shomit was previously Divisional CFO and VP of Finance at Kodak.
