POSTING OF ANNUAL REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR YEAR ENDED 25 MARCH 2025 AND NOTICE OF AGM

Further to its announcement on 17 June 2025, Wynnstay is pleased to announce that the Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year ended 25 March 2025 have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to received shareholder documentation by post. 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 16 July 2025 at the Royal Automobile Club, 89 Pall Mall, London SW1Y 5HS.  Details of the arrangements for the meeting are set out in the notice of meeting in the Annual Report and Financial Statements.
