The Company has today been notified that Paul Williams, Managing  Director of the Company, has purchased 9,412 ordinary shares at a price of 275 pence per share.

Following this transaction, Mr. Williams has a beneficial interest in 9,412 ordinary shares, representing 0.35 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
