On March 09, 2015, the State of Baden-Württemberg, represented by the
Ministerium für Finanzen und Wirtschaft, Stuttgart, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Wüstenrot & Württembergische AG, Stuttgart, Germany, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on March 04, 2015 and on that
day amounted to 2.48% (this corresponds to 2329631 Voting Rights).
2.48% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 2329631 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the state in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence
1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).
