ARI PIKKARAINEN'S OWNERSHIP IN WULFF GROUP PLC DECREASED BELOW 20 PERCENTAGES

Based on the regulations of the Securities Market Act, Wulff Group Plc has
received a disclosure of a change in ownership. Ari Pikkarainen has disclosed
today on June 9, 2011, that his ownership of Wulff's shares and votes
represents less than 20 percentages of the total number of shares and votes in
Wulff Group Plc. Wulff Group Plc's registered number of shares is 6 607 628
shares which one vote each.

The ownerhip changed when Ari Pikkarainen sold 200 000 Wulff shares on June 8,
2011, after which Ari Pikkarainen owns personally 1 191 825 shares (18,0%).

Additionally, Pikkarainen's 50%-owned company Koy Talvitie 12 owns 63 000
shares of Wulff Group Plc (0,95%) and a person in Pikkarainen's related party
owns 200 shares (0,0%).
