Wulff Group Plc has sold its subsidiary Looks Finland Oy
Wulff Group Plc has sold its subsidiary Looks Finland Oy to minority shareholder Jussi Heino for a final price of 1.0 million euros today. Wulff Group Plc had a 75 % share in Looks Finland Oy. The property and possessory rights to the shares have transferred to the buyer and the payment has been completed outright today at the conclusion of the sale.
The impact of the sale to the Group's 2014 result will be slightly positive. The net sales of Looks Finland Oy amount to approximately 1.5 million euros in 2014.
